The Betterr - Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At The Betterr, we aim to deliver a smooth and satisfying experience. Since our products fall under the food & consumables category, our policy is designed to balance customer fairness and safety standards.

 


 

1. No Returns Policy (Food Safety Compliance)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products once delivered.

This is in line with standard industry practices for consumable goods.

 


 

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We’ve got your back if something goes wrong.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product (Not the outer box) 

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

  • The package is tampered or leaking

 


 

3. Claim Window (Very Important)

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery

  • Claims made after this window may not be accepted

 


 

4. Proof Required

To process your request, please share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner product

    • Issue (damage/leak/wrong item)

5. Resolution Process

Once your request is verified:

  • ✅ Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
    OR

  • 💸 Refund will be issued to your original payment method

 


 

6. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval

  • It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider

 


 

7. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

 


 

8. Non-Eligible Cases

We cannot process refunds/replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Opened or used products

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

 


 

9. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Customer not reachable

We may:

  • Re-ship (extra shipping charges may apply)
    OR

  • Provide refund after deducting shipping/logistics costs
