  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

 


 

2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 3-6 business days

  • Remote areas: 5-8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and logistics partner availability.

 


 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

  • Standard shipping charges apply for:

    • Orders below free shipping threshold

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate

 


 

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery across India.

However, delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Logistics delays

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information

 


 

7. Failed Deliveries (RTO - Return to Origin)

Orders may be returned if:

  • Customer is unavailable

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Phone number not reachable

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping may require additional charges
    OR

  • Refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling costs

 


 

8. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, changes are not possible

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Tampered

  • With missing items

You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages

  • You will receive separate tracking details

 


 

11. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India
